Stabilize the Environment

Dehumidifiers are installed to control moisture levels in both the structure and contents. Dehumidifiers pull moisture from the air and return warm, dry air. The process is assisted by high velocity air movers to evaporate moisture.

Monitor Drying Process

Carrara technicians will regularly monitor the drying process with various moisture meters for wood, concrete, floors and walls. Temperature and humidity measurements are taken throughout the drying process.

Relay / Replace Flooring

Carpets and flooring can be relayed or replaced once the structure is clean and dry.

Carrara Restoration Services

After assessing the damage, your Carrara representative will prepare a Scope of Work, including the cost estimate. Once the Scope is approved by you and your insurance company, we will begin the water damage restoration process.

Carrara will work with your insurance agent/adjuster throughout the disaster recovery project.

When the work is complete, you and your Carrara representative will conduct a final walk-through to ensure all work has been completed to your complete satisfaction.
